We feel very fortunate to have discovered and chosen to raise this great breed of cattle. Red Angus cattle are very efficient and have the best disposition of ANY cattle breed. Life is too short to deal with cattle that are flighty, poor momma's, have calving problems and eat more than most small nation's while raising their calves. This breed will work!!

Our goal in raising Red Angus is as follows:
· We have a responsibility to contribute to the improvement of Red Angus genetics. Our breeding decisions are based on this responsibility.
· Produce high quality Red Angus bulls for both commercial producers and highly discriminating seed stock producers.
· Our AI program and use of superior quality Red Angus herd bulls is focused on producing bulls that have calving ease, powerful growth and carcass traits that are demanded by the beef industry.
· Raise Red Angus heifers that will contribute to the quality of the gene pool and allow fellow seed stock producers a base on which to add value to their herds.
We are proud members of the Red Alliance which is a coalition of elite Red Angus breeders from Oklahoma, Texas, Michigan, and Iowa. The Red Alliance group is committed to producing the very best Red Angus genetics possible through the use of artificial insemination, embryo transfer and superior quality herd sires. Regardless of the bulls that we use in our breeding program the real quality starts with our brood cows. In order to succeed in any breeding program the base must start with the cows!!

Each year we place our bulls on a 112 day performance test in order to measure their rate of growth. At the conclusion of the performance test each bull's rate of growth is reviewed and analyzed. Then each bull is visually appraised in order to determine if they are structurally sound. If they pass the visual appraisal test they are then examined via ultrasound for carcass quality measurements and fertility tested.
Each year the bulls that make the final cut and select females are offered for sale at the annual Red Alliance production sale held on the second Saturday in March each year in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the Heart of Oklahoma Exposition Center.
